Specify, design, iterate and validate innovative feature design in the propulsion, thermal, mechanical and embedded controls domains
Systematize and automate Light Vehicle propulsion customer requirement decomposition, performance assessment and propulsion matching optimization
Benchmark competitive Tier 1 and customer OEM propulsion systems for performance, efficiency, gear ratio, load carrying, and novel intellectual property innovations
Lead system issue documentation and resolution management during design, development and validation phases
Lead colleagues with and without formal authority
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering
10 years' work experience in an automotive environment
Progressive assignments within Light, Commercial or Off Highway vehicle development, vehicle validation or functional sciences engineering including both technical and managerial strengths
Experience with and passion for high performance or off road vehicles
